Welcome to Moore Math Geniuses (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By enrolling in or using our services, you (“Parent,” “Guardian,” or “Subscriber”) agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read carefully before purchasing.

1.) Services Provided

Moore Math Geniuses provides online math tutoring services, which may include:

  • Live virtual tutoring sessions

  • Instructional materials

  • Curriculum access

  • Digital resources

  • Academic support services

We reserve the right to modify, update, or improve program structure, scheduling, curriculum, or instructors at any time.

2.) Eligibility

By enrolling:

  • You confirm you are at least 18 years old.

  • You are enrolling a student under your legal guardianship.

  • You agree to provide accurate and complete registration information.

3.) Subscription Plans & Billing

We offer subscription-based services, including:

  • Monthly subscription plans (pricing varies by grade/program)

  • Annual (yearly) subscription plans

  • Promotional or discounted plans when available

All pricing is clearly displayed at checkout.

By completing your purchase, you authorize Moore Math Geniuses to charge your selected payment method:

  • Immediately upon enrollment

  • On a recurring basis (monthly or annually depending on plan)

  • Until canceled in accordance with our Refund & Cancellation Policy

Failure of payment may result in suspension of services.

4.) 14-Day Trial & Refund Policy

All new enrollments include a fourteen (14) calendar day trial period beginning on the date of initial payment.

To receive a full refund:

  • Cancellation must be requested within 14 calendar days of the original payment date.

  • The request must be submitted in writing via email to:

Requests received after the 14-day period will not qualify for a refund.

After the 14-day trial period expires:

  • All sales are final.

  • No refunds will be issued.

  • No prorated refunds will be granted for unused time.

  • No refunds will be issued for missed sessions or lack of attendance.

This policy applies to both monthly and annual subscriptions.

5.) Cancellation of Subscription

Subscribers may cancel future billing at any time by emailing:

Cancellation:

  • Stops future recurring charges.

  • Does not result in a refund after the 14-day trial period.

  • Does not provide prorated refunds for partially used billing cycles.

Access continues through the end of the paid billing period.

6.) Attendance & Missed Sessions

Moore Math Geniuses reserves tutoring time and resources upon enrollment.

No refunds or credits will be issued for:

  • Missed sessions

  • Late arrivals

  • Scheduling conflicts

  • Failure to attend

We are not responsible for missed sessions due to user scheduling conflicts.

7.) Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

By enrolling, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy and these Terms & Conditions.

Initiating a chargeback or dispute with your financial institution after the 14-day trial period, without first contacting Moore Math Geniuses to attempt resolution, constitutes a breach of this agreement.

In the event of a payment dispute:

  • We reserve the right to provide proof of policy acceptance, timestamps, login activity, and service usage to the payment processor.

  • Services may be suspended during active disputes.

  • Accounts with unresolved chargebacks may be permanently terminated.

  • We reserve the right to recover unpaid balances, fees, and administrative costs associated with improper disputes.

8.) Intellectual Property

All curriculum materials, lesson plans, digital resources, and proprietary content remain the intellectual property of Moore Math Geniuses.

Content may not be:

  • Recorded

  • Distributed

  • Shared

  • Resold

  • Reproduced

Without written consent.

9.) Limitation of Liability

Moore Math Geniuses provides educational services and does not guarantee specific academic outcomes, grade improvements, or test score increases.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the Subscriber in the preceding billing period.

10.) Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for:

  • Violation of these Terms

  • Disruptive or inappropriate behavior

  • Payment failure

  • Fraudulent disputes

No refunds will be issued for termination resulting from violation of these Terms.

11.) Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of services after updates constitutes acceptance of revised terms.

12.) Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois.

13.) Agreement & Acknowledgment

By completing your purchase and checking the agreement box at checkout, you confirm:

  • You have read these Terms & Conditions.

  • You understand the 14-day trial period.

  • You agree to the no-refund policy after 14 days.

  • You authorize recurring billing based on your selected plan.
