Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Moore Math Geniuses (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), we are committed to delivering high-quality online math instruction. Because enrollment reserves instructional time, curriculum access, and program resources, we maintain the following refund and cancellation policy. Please read carefully before purchasing.

1.) Subscription Plans & Pricing

We offer subscription-based tutoring programs, including:

Monthly subscription plans (pricing may vary by program or grade level)
Annual (yearly) subscription plans
Promotional or discounted plans, when applicable

All subscription fees are clearly displayed at the time of purchase and are agreed to upon enrollment.

2.) 14-Day Trial Period (Full Refund Eligibility)

All new enrollments include a 14-day trial period beginning on the date of initial payment.

To qualify for a full refund:

Cancellation must be requested within fourteen (14) calendar days of the original payment date.
Cancellation must be submitted in writing via email to:

The request must be received within the 14-day window.

If cancellation is properly requested within the 14-day trial period, a full refund of the amount paid will be issued to the original payment method.

3.) No Refunds After 14 Days

After the 14-day trial period has expired:

All sales are final.
No refunds will be issued for monthly or annual subscriptions.
No partial refunds or prorated refunds will be provided.
No refunds will be issued for unused sessions, missed sessions, or lack of attendance.

This policy applies regardless of usage level.

4.) Subscription Cancellation (After Trial Period)

Subscribers may cancel at any time to prevent future billing.

Cancellation requests must be submitted via email to:

Cancellation will stop future charges.
Access will continue through the end of the current paid billing period.
No refunds will be issued for the current billing period once it has begun.

5.) Annual (Yearly) Subscriptions

Annual subscriptions are billed upfront at the time of enrollment.

Annual plans are eligible for a full refund only if canceled within the 14-day trial period.
After the 14-day trial period, annual subscriptions are non-refundable.
Early termination of annual plans does not result in prorated refunds.

6.) Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By purchasing a subscription, you agree to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute after the 14-day trial period, without first contacting Moore Math Geniuses to resolve the matter, constitutes a violation of this agreement.

We reserve the right to:

Provide this policy and proof of acceptance to the payment processor in response to disputes.
Suspend or terminate services for accounts with active chargebacks.
Recover fees, costs, or unpaid balances resulting from improper disputes.

7.) Acknowledgment of Agreement

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that:

You have read and agree to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
You understand the 14-day trial period terms.
You understand that no refunds will be issued after the trial period expires.
